Business to Business
Manage the prices your customers pay online
- Assign customers to price schedules they can see in a login area of your site
- Base prices on cost + plus or retail - minus percentages.
- Set up agreed or contract price lists Set a customer on a price schedule percentage, cost plus 10% for example, then set 'haggle' prices for their products.
- Easy to maintain and update prices . Assign each customer to a percentage band and upload the customer file onto a spreadsheet. For contract pricing upload a file containing the name of the price band, the part numbers and price of products.
- For international sites use the above functionality but with prices set in the currency you deal with the customer.
- Quantity discounts Set up to 10 quantity discount bands, with the quantity break set per product. Give higher percentage discounts as quantity ordered increases or have fixed prices per unit depending on quantities ordered.
Manage your client base
- Client area access via login - Let customers change their details, see previous order details, re-order and view order status. More advanced systems integration with back office systems can enhance this functionality, showing available credit limits or offline order history for example.
- Set up client-specific lists of products for them to order on login.
- Create forms to allow new customer registration no programming knowledge required
- Send passwords and usernames automatically to your entire client base using the Evolve email manager
- Forgotten password facility gives you an extra client management feature
- Easy customer look-up
- Customer details maintained on the site by simply uploading them on a spreadsheet.
Trade with B2B marketplaces
- The marketplace participation option is an extra module of Evolve software.
- Stock in the channel allows you to set up "catalogue" exports of data to marketplaces.
- You can find more information in the e-procurement section
