Evolve XO - Workflow and authorisation processes for buyers

Evolve XC allows your large customers to buy from your site with workflow and approval processes for order placement and expense management reporting. This new development is based on the service request solution Lynx developed for key customers Atos Origin, the Home Office and Calyon. The functionality has been scaled back and complexity removed as this is a solution for individual sites. Customers purchasing this module are often also interested in punch out and round trip enabled stores detaield in the e-procurement section.

Key components;

  • Specific price and product lists
  • Multi-tier order authorisation processes
  • Customer control over whom can order from the site
  • Build in approvers with approval levels and approval business rules
  • Full reporting suite for all interested parties to track requests and workflows

Punch out - rountrip and datafeeds

Lynx have been implementing punch out and roundtrip stores since 2000 - mainly working with buying organisations who wish to increase supplier adoption. Currently punch out support is only delivered as part of larger projects and is no longer included in the standard Evolve software. However the facility to export your stock and prices via the catalogue route still exists. See Sell-side e-procurement for full details
