Getting started
Tell us the specific requirements of the e-commerce site you want - once we have a clear picture of this, we produce a proposal for your perusal and feedback. We discuss with you all aspects of the project - and once agreed on the best way forward, we start developing your site.
Lead time for completion is 5 to 6 weeks.
Design & build
A project manager will go with you through the following stages:
Design Survey - is sent to you via email. Your feedback will provide us the framework for the first consultation.
Consultation - We analyse your needs and objectives, review competitor websites and cover all aspects of design and functionality of your website.
Design - Based on both the survey and consultation, we draw a mock-up and send it to you for review.
Feedback - We ask for your thoughts and opinions regarding the mock-up. This will help us define the look and feel of your website
Revision - A designer allocated to your project will revise and amend mock-ups up to 5 times and send them to you for review.
Approval - Once you are fully satisfied with the look and feel of the proposed website, we ask for your approval via phone and email.
Development - We structure your site, optimize the artwork, develop HTML code and integrate all graphic elements.
Project completion - All aspects of design and development of your site are now complete. Our design team will notify you formally and ask you to fill in a customer satisfaction survey.
Loading your products
We ask you to produce a spreadsheet with description of the products you plan to sell – we then load this data onto your site. After this, uploading the spreadsheet to the server will become a straight forward routine.
Order process
Orders placed on your website can be processed immediately by one of the 12 payment gateways supported.
Alternatively, you can receive notification of your orders via encrypted email for manual processing.
